Looking for help?  Maybe we've already answered your question:

  1. How can I get a question answered on an episode of the YMG? Simply submit your question using the badge on the top-right corner of the sidebar (the one that says "Need a Question Answered"). Here's the deal, just because you submit a question doesn't make you eligible for a prize from our sponsor unless your physical address is completed in your profile (basically, we need to know where to send the swag).
  2. Am I guaranteed you'll answer my question? We wish we could get to every question on every episode, but unfortunately we don't have enough time to answer everyone's question (and, everyone's question can't be answered in podcast format). But, here's the good news, we will regularly post Questions for the Community for others to help answer.
  3. I am not an iPhone user, so what's the best way for me to get episodes on my Android? While this has been optimized for iTunes users, don't worry... you can access the video feed here: VIDEO and the audio feed here: AUDIO.
  4. Are these episodes available on iTunes? Yes they are! You can subscribe to the video podcast here: VIDEO and the audio podcast here: AUDIO. If you're an iTunes user, PLEASE add a comment... it would mean a lot!
  5. I heard on an episode that I won a prize from the gracious sponsors, what do I need to do to receive it? Nothing! Our incredible sponsors will be notified afterward and send the prize directly to the address provided in your profile. So make sure to complete your profile before sending in a question. 
  6. Have you considered doing LIVE episodes? Yes, we have! In fact, we've done some before and are looking forward to having them again. We aren't sure when... but we're thrilled you asked. We will make sure to notify you once we decide to go LIVE.
